Plutoinium-launcher-win32.exe problem

This is the error that i get when i try to launch the updater, sorry that its dutch i will try and translate the message.
The code cant be done because MSVCP140.DLL cannot be found you can maybe get rid of this problem if you restart the program again which i obviously did like 7 times
Hope someone can help me and fix this issue. -
Run this, restart PC once it's done.
