Launcher stuck on authenticating

My launcher is stuck on authenticating whenever I try to log in. Before any of these are suggested I have attempted:
- Deleting config.json file and restarting
- Adding Plutonium as an exception to my windows defender.
- Flushing DNS, and changing DNS server to 1.1.1.1
Quick help would be appreciated, thanks.
