Friends cant join me

Friends cant join me anymore, it was working fine this morning now its not anymore, I portforwarded had my friends change their Upnp to enabled and set our networks to private. Followed everything on the forum and still they cant join me.

You did not port forward correctly, please re-read the guide if need be. If you noticed, the range is not correct. It should be
4976-4977

He could also do 1-65535 (pls don't) and it makes no difference for the game.

Doesn't look wrong to me, but we don't see everything like which IPs and which computer is involved. Since it already worked I would guess either your local IP changed or something with your firewall is wrong. What also could be is that its simply not a network issue, if you are comfortable with Wireshark you could try to see if any traffic from your friend hits your PC when he tries to join.
