Intermission time

Please someone help me out with this... In order to work correctly the IW4Madmin DynamicMapReservoir plugin, needs to set higher Intermission time....
I try to add this line to my server.cfg
set scr_intermissionTime "60"
But thats not helped, in IW4X server needs to add/edit gsc files...Here in IW5 what is the method?

Couse i runs in linux need a difrent .bat file to run the game... and somehow i mange to add +set ip_addr 0.0.0.0
I digged the IW4Madmin logs And i find cant connect your plugin
And that couse to not change maps your plugin. I guess you can delete this whole topic!
