Setting up a dedicated server with bots

Hi Legends, First time setting up a custom server with mods.
My goal is to set up a custom server that allows bots to populate the server when there are no players present. If players join, then I would like to auto kick the bots. I know how to do this in a private match, however, I am a little bit lost setting this up on a dedicated server. I already have the server set up just need help configuring the mods and getting this to work.
I have tried finding a solution online without much luck. Hopefully you lads will be able to help me

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
