Plutonium models bugged in game modes with more than 2 teams (gunfight, multi-team)

For some reason all of the teams except FBI and MERCS are bugged when launching a game of multi-team. The gun model, logo and player model get bugged.
Example how player model looks:
No gun model and no logo:
Any idea whats causing this? Team FBI and MERCS works perfectly fine.

Been having the exact same issue. The Multi-Team fastfile does get loaded by the server, and Multi-Team works in private matches. It's like the factions don't exist, even though they are getting loaded.
