any body cant join to my host server!

i create a host server in my own pc with using this tutorial: https://plutonium.pw/docs/server/t6/setting-up-a-server/

and finally i see (heartbeat successfull) message.
but any body cant find my host server in the server list
server name is: Hesamaz
