Server running but Pluto not opening.

I have the server up and running. I am able to open plutonium.exe but when i click on play but the game doesnt open.
Any fixes? Probably something stupid. -
Gotta swap your server to a different port if you're hosting it on the same computer that you want to play on. The guides show how to do that.
