Hi I can't install plutonium when I try there are a lot of plugins that are not installed what can I do? Thank you for reading this message.

Wdym by plugins? Are you getting any specific error? If yes, screenshot them or atleast elaborate your issue further.
You don't need any plugins to install Pluto.
