I can't get into plutonium because of a bootstrapper-win32.exe download error, I tried to make firewall ignore plutonium but it didn't work so then I tried to disable firewall and it didn't work either, what can I do?

I used avast antivirus before, I thought it would remove it but it still continued, today I finally removed it completely, when I saw the link of the video you gave me on how to exclude plutonium, I found that it was excluded incorrectly. I'm going to make the video then I'll tell you the results (sorry for my English, I speak in Spanish)

finally it worked, i explain, instead of excluding the plutonium folder, it excluded the launcher, now i can play. thanks for your attention
