Launcher doesn't launch with exit status 3221225595

Error: Failed to start launcher exit status - 1073741515 or 3221225781
Fix: Download and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Visual C++ 20015-19 x86 redist. Then relaunch the launcher. -
Dss0 ffs read it properly before answering, the exit code is different than the one in faq.
I've already tried installing vcredist.
