Ways to mod sky boxes?

So I'm new to this scene and I've seen it be done with this vane and even more so with bo2 just look up Sgt. Ale on yout tube or even my streams recently on the game (not trying to plug) but I wamma really learn about this and find out how I can mod the iwi of maps sky box change the whole color of the ui of the whole game, custom scopes. Ik there's a way but there's no video on it on YouTube and like I said I am very new. Any help would do!
