How do I enable voice chat on my server? Or is it already on?
Update your servers to r2794 and iirc, it should already be on, but you can type 'sv_chat' / 'sv_chat x' (1 = open chat, 2 = teamchat) in your server CMD
Check sv_voice and make sure the server is updated.
