Dedicated Server Help (Only works sometimes)

I have my dedicated server up and running on my machine. I get sending heartbeat and heartbeat successful. I have the ports forwarded and on Wi-Fi, the server shows up in the server list and my friends can connect. However, on ethernet, the server no longer shows up in the server list and nobody else can connect. I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out why that is. I still get a heartbeat successful on ethernet connection as well, and the ports are forwarded for both my etherent and Wi-Fi local ip address.
