Installing dx9 is the solution to that error.
Did you by any chance download any dlls that the game told you were missing manually? If yes, delete them.
You're saying nothing happens after starting t6rmp.exe? Make sure no instances of the game are still open in the background (check task manager).

Dss0 The first time I installed the game, I didn’t dx9, I installed it after the second time. And when I launched my game, no other games were launched in the background. I don’t know what to do anymore. If there is really no solution, it is possible to give me directly the folder D3DCOMPILER_47.dll ?

No, manually putting missing dlls from dubious sources into your game folder is not a good idea.
So if i understand correctly you're still having this issue after installing dx9?
Try updating the driver for your graphics card.

Dss0 My pilot is up to date, before I tried to install mw3 plutonium but at the launch of mw3, the following message appeared "Failed to start launcher", that’s why I turned to bo2 plutonium but even the it does not work.

Could well be the cause, if you google your error you come across mentions of d3dcompiler being part of an update for .net framework that was shipped via windows update.
Besides you should always keep your system up to date..
And no you don't have to reboot your pc after installing bo2 via piry.

Abordur Just install all the updates and be done with it.. including the optional ones (especially the ones for .net framework).

Abordur said in D3DCOMPILER_47.dll is missing:

                          .net framework

.net framework is required by most software written for windows.

Abordur Does windows update not show an update for it? Should be in "optional components" or smth along those lines.

Try this tool and install everything https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/.
I know it's in german but it should be pretty straight forward to use anyways.

Are you sure this isn’t a problem with Dx9? By the way, this phrase "You should have a good reason to install them so as not to encounter unnecessary problems." is not very reassuring.

Abordur And where is that file? Could also be an outdated version of the file.
Just do as i said.. what's the big deal. Installing/updating all the runtimes using that tool will definately not hurt your pc.
Who said "You should have a good reason to install them so as not to encounter unnecessary problems"? I merely stated that installing windows updates is a good idea because well, it simply is. Why do you think updates are released? They aren't just for fun, they fix issues/bugs/security holes in your system..
