Can I know why am I ban ??

I tried to login on my account when theres a message that tell me I'm banned
so i wanna know why -
Well, you probably
a.) were verbally abusing other players
b.) had a program running, which the anticheat detected as against TOS
c.) were literally cheating or
d.) modified game files -
I downloaded plutonium 15 min ago, so I tried to login and it tells me i'm banned for 300 days,I couldn't even launch a game help me pls
(sorry if my sentence isn't correct I'm not an english speaker) -
I hopped on for literally 2 min and got banned for 13 days wtf

Dss0 Why am I banned I, I downloaded the game last night. I still had Nord VPN on when I started a game. Joined sum random Nuketown server and before I could even connect I was banned. I did notice that my game was not downloaded onto the c/ drive but besides that, I do not know why I got banned for 13 days. My original account name was Stanley Steemer and I thought maybe the account name was the reason why but I made this new account and I am still banned. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
