Lag after reloading (zombies)

    This IS NOT based on connection, its something to do with plutonium. Its almost like the game stops for a second after you reload and sometimes when you kill a horde of zombies. When i'm on host I dont get the lag but other players do who never get it with anyone else, then when i'm off host I only get it. It randomly started doing it like a month ago out of nowhere. Ive tried to completely uninstall and reinstall plutonium but it didnt fix it. Can someone explain how to post a clip in here so I can show?
