Missing Torrent file for cod black ops 2

When i downloaded the cod black ops 2 torrent, there is missing files, and the folder of redist is created, what do i do in this situation?

Ruisu OwO nothing is missing tho, the only other thing you need is the pluto launcher. the redist folder contains runtimes the game and launcher need to run. if you're on a fresh install of windows you prolly need to install those otherwise you can ignore them.
