Server isn't sending heartbeat at all.

I tried starting my zombies server with friends last night. The multiplayer server worked just fine but the zombies doesn't even fully start it never sends a heartbeat. I tried all I could find on it to fix it even re port forwarding the router but I'm still having no luck. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly that error is related to your server missing files or plutonium doesn't know where to find them
