Custom Maps download for servers MW3

So I all the dlc and custom maps are red and I cannot join them because I apparently dont have them downloaded. I thought these maps came with plutonium launcher updates. Any help?

RootToot Plutonium only provide a few older COD maps: Highrise, Favela, Rust, Skidrow and Nuketown.
The rest are communuty custom maps that can't be added by Plutonium directly. It's red because you don't have it. If you join the server it will download it automatically if the server has FastDL (only a very few servers don't have FastDL)
