Server lists only for me

Hi,
Weird one here. Migrated my servers to a new dedicated server. Windows software firewall is completely disabled and there isn't a hardware firewall blocking ports. my IW4x server shows up and works fine... however the T6 servers show only on my server list (from home, not on the same network as the host). No one else can see them.
They are the servers called DOCTORS. They show on this list too: https://pluto.mxve.de/t6mp
Just not for anyone from home except me.
Any ideas?

@Dr-GEEE if the dedicated server isn't on your lan and you can see the servers everything is working correctly.
