PANQUESITOxD you go to the directory in the screenshot above. You can hit windows key + R and type %localappdata% into the run box to get to appdata quickly. Then you just open drive.google.com (i assume you have a google account?) in your browser and drag the dump file from the crashdumps folder into google drive.

PANQUESITOxD here's a few things you can try/make sure of:

                  • make sure you're on windows 10 version 1607 or later
                  • running the game in a virtual machine doesn't work
                  • try closing all programs that are running in the background (especially steam, msi afterburner and rivatuner if you have them)
                  • try excluding pluto from scanning in your av software: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/#how-do-i-fix-this-windows-defender
                  • update your graphics drivers
                  • if you have a vr headset plugged in unplug it
                  • if you use an avermedia capture card uninstall it's drivers
                  • verify the integrity of your system files:
                  1. open the start menu and search for "cmd"
                  2. run cmd as admin
                  3. execute the following command
                  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

                  1. restart your pc
