I downloaded the Launcher and every time I launch plutonium it keeps coming up with these errors help?!

Make sure you don't have any 3rd party firewall blocking Pluto (bitdefender, bullguard, etc). Try changing DNS https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10 or use a VPN.
