Try reinstalling your plutonium launcher, and try changing to a different folder and then changing back.

@player7494028 It doesn't work, I tried deleting the bo2 full game folder, when I downloaded it again the problem persisted, I also did that with plutonium, I don't know what to do anymore

Hello I have the same problem.
For my part, I tried to launch plutonium from a windows 11 emulator with parallels. -
flyveer that won't work, pluto can't run in virtual machines.
