Error encountered everytime while trying to download plutonium

everytime i try to install plutonium i encounter the vcruntime140.dll missing 2 times and msvcp140.dll too i have reinstalled the visual studios both for x64 and x32 bit and 2010 versions too and tried to run it as administrator and turned off the antivirus but it does not seem to work?? BTW im new to plutonium
How do i fix it?

Use https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat to install all redistributables needed by any game supported by Pluto and Pluto itself.
