Zombies Walking on Servers

Hello,
I have successfully hosted the server; however, the zombies are set to easy mode somehow. I have gone through all files to ensure the "Difficulty" is set to default "0" for Original and they're still walking on Round 4 and up; they should be running by this time. Is this a bug or something? This is happening on all of my servers.

omarionr Actually 0 is easy 1 is original.

Thank you, and I kinda figured that because when I hosted a test server and replaced it with the "1", they started running so I'm like what the... they must mixed up the numbers lmao. But Thanks!
