No, Pluto is for PC only.
Consoles are not only locked down and limited in their functionality. But also lack the required performance and are based on completely different architectures so they would also increase the workload on our devs by more than twice. So even though we have some well knows CoD console modders in our ranks it won't be realistic to create such a huge mod for Consoles. -
