Server dont show up in server browser

I am having an issue where 2 of my dedicated servers is not listed in the server browser and i am not sure why, they also dont show up for a friend either however everything is set up correctly all port forwarded and also the server key is set can anyone assist me?

TxylorF are you hosting at home or on a vps? Did you try adding rules to the windows firewall to allow inbound traffic on the server ports (or just allow it for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32).
Also post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings.
