    i did download the game as the Instructions told me to do. i also did the thing with the antivirus and i reinstalled the game also twice and nothing helped.

      Hybrid808 upload the dump file to google drive and post the link here, location of the dump file is in the error message.

      Also:

      • running pluto in virtual machines (parallels desktop, vmware, ...) doesn't work in case you're trying to do that
      • try closing all programs that are running in the background (especially steam, msi afterburner and rivatuner if you have them)
      • try excluding pluto from scanning in your av software: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/#how-do-i-fix-this-windows-defender
      • update your graphics drivers
      • if you have a vr headset plugged in unplug it
      • if you use an avermedia capture card uninstall it's drivers
      • verify the integrity of your system files:
      1. open the start menu and search for "cmd"
      2. run cmd as admin
      3. execute the following command
      dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

        Thanks for the help. I did all of the following points but nothing helped. i also bought the game and try to start it that way but still nothing.
