@Mr-Android i looked in the console and it says suring the auth thing redirecting to local. i have no idea why its doing that

edward Thats normal. Don't worry.
The next step would be to check on your router to see if it has a router level firewall, if so, either disable it or allow plutonium through it. I can't explain how to do that as it's different per router model.
Also, just to be sure, verify your MW3 Base game files via Steam, maybe something corrupted.
