Banned because i typed my password wrong 3 times for 11 days?

so well i miss spelled my pw a few times and now i got banned for almost 11 days? xD i mean it was 5 days before even that is uncommon just because i miss spelled it. is there a way around it because that ban is not needed xD no need to ban for that -

You don't get banned for typing your password wrong.
You were probably banned last time you played and after several failed login you just logged in to your banned account
You were banned April 16th on T6 zm -
no i got banned in the login window in the launcher for typing my pw worng it says exactly that

FayeLicious as I just told you you were banned April 16th on T6 zombie, we have logs. You only saw it when you logged in that's all. You would have get the same message if you logged in without any failed attempt
