Impossible to play on lan

In the latest versions the problem of playing on lan reappears, something that seemed to have been corrected, it happens again, it is impossible to run plutonium in a completely offline environment, something that did not happen in version 2798. Is there a solution for this or will they release a version in the future with this corrected again?

Offline mode is a planned feature but low priority right now. -
