What's the differences about B3Script and IW4MAdmin?

I just want to hear what are the differents using b3 or iw4madmin?
What can b3 what iw4madmin don't can?

Only advantage i could think of is that the b3 database is easily manageable/modifyable because it's sql.
Other than that nothing really, there might be more plugins for b3 since it has been around for longer but afaik development on it has been discontinued.
Also b3 does not support clients like pluto t6 without a custom parser while iw4madmin works with it out of the box.
In short, iw4madmin is just the more modern solution with ongoing development and more features. -

IW4mA can be used with MySQL and PostgreSQL as DBs as well.
