Restriction Missing weapons

Afternoon All,
Does anyone happen to know how to disable akimbo pistols and killstreaks via restriction.cfg?
Is there a way to disable knifing too?

I managed to restrict the knife using "knife_mp" or "+ knife_mp". I accidentally put both in .cfg, but only one of them works.
The same thing for akimbo. I used "dw" and "+ dw".
And killstreaks, I still don't know how to disable it. When I find out how I come to post here again.
