cant find port or local ip bo2

so im trying to play with my brother btw we are both connect to the same wifi and the port is 0 and the ip is 0.0.0.0 it says marked as private in windows settings how do i go to fix that? the UPnP is disabled i already tried the stuff on the site to fix it it did not work im about to give up can anyone help me?
