Got banned for no reason

Hi, i got banned for no reason. I installed the game on saturday 04/29, and after playing 5 ou 6 games i just got ban out of nowhere. I didnt even have cheated on the game or anything. I didnt tried to inject hacks . I was just trying to figure out how i could play with my friend a custom, cuz i couldnt join my friends group, idk why. I tried deactivating the firewall cuz i saw a guy explaining that u should deactivate the firewall to be able to join, but it didnt worked anyways. On the other day i just logged in my account and i was banned for 7 days. Idk why. So i thought it was a mistake and i tried loggin in ou my other account, and the ban expanded for 14 days. I know that i was dumb trying to log-in in a different acc, but i thought the ban was a mistake. Can any staff help me with that? Look at the log and see why the anti-cheat banned me. I just wanna play with my friend and thats it. I didnt even cheated at the end of it all.
