UPNP disabled for no reason

UPNP is enabled on my router and i have my network set to private, however i still cant see any friends online when i press F10, my friends can see me but i appear as offline, i cannot see them however even offline, if anyone knows why my upnp still says disabled even though i have done everything asked, i would appreciate the help.

Nxvy upnp isn't relevant anymore for that. Try forwarding port 3074 udp.
