Cant login

I looked a lot of error like that but.. My friend cannot login, we test changing the password, changing account and more but he cant, full time we have that :
An issue occured when loggin in. invalid password -
XanOo make sure the name and password are correct, case sensitive.
Log out of the forum and log in again and make sure to copy both the nane and password in a notepad and it is logs him in paste it in the launcher
