I can't launch bo2 from plutonium

Hello, I followed all the steps correctly from the plutunium website but I can't launch Bo2 or any other game from plutunium, (I installed bo2 via the torrent link), I have this error message that appears, I tried a lot of things but nothing works.
I am on a 64bit version of windows 10 21H2
If you could help me go back to this game that makes me feel so nostalgic i would be really grateful
