Level reset // Game crashes when joining a server

Hello,
Is there a way to prevent level account reset ? This is a personnal preference but i want to play as a pretige 0 max level but my level keeps on reseting.
And my game crashes as soon as I double click on some servers (I don't know which one, I can easily restart the game but it's annoying.
