Uninstalling mods?

I've searched around, but I couldn't find anything - so I'll just ask. How would I go about removing T6 mods? I've got the TranZit Reimagined mod from a while back, and I'd like to uninstall it, any advice?

(Sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this, I'm not too familiar with the forums).

Discount_TV C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6\scripts\zm or C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6\scripts\mp or multiplayer. Your mods should be installed in there.
