Spoonerstreet try disabling it and reinstall it.

Spoonerstreet uninstall mcafee, it's known to cause issues with pluto even when supposedly disabled.
theofficial the files you need are in the torrent tho? everything apart from plutonium.exe which you're supposed to download separately.
