Plutonium stucked on cmd

I downloaded Plutonium 2 days ago and it runned smoothly, but since today everytime i try to open Plutonium it keeps getting stuck on the cmd window, I´ve tried uninstalling T6(Bo2), uninstalling Plutonium and excluse it from windows defender but nothing seems to work -

What you also can try is to close steam.
Xerxes I always have steam closed when I try open Plutonium

@da-Nice-Time-Kid do you have any software with an overlay running in the background? (msi afterburner, rivatuner, fraps..)
