D3COMPILLER.dll not foud

Whe I start BO1 appears a error that say D3DCOMPILER.dll cannot found and the code execute can't continue, this problem can fix reinstalling the program.

and yes, I reinstalled.

The name of the window is: plutonium-boostraper-win32.exe
