Whe I start BO1 appears a error that say D3DCOMPILER.dll cannot found and the code execute can't continue, this problem can fix reinstalling the program.
and yes, I reinstalled.
The name of the window is: plutonium-boostraper-win32.exe

This file may fix some issues with Plutonium launching and giving errors such asD3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not foundorMSVCP140.dll was not found
DownloadRedist-Installer.batand run it and it should automatically install everything needed.

U have to install DirectX 10, I had the same problem
