Whenever I enter a game my framerate drops to near 0

I used to be able to play bo2 zombies normally but now when I try to get in a game it will either freeze on the loading screen or get into the game but I will have around a 3-4 fps and it is practically unplayable. (I have only been able to get into a game once in around than 20 tries)
