Games wont launch

Evening,
Starting T6/T5 a new console window opens but remains blank then after a second or two both the console and plutonium launcher quit.
YES, I have tried everything I found to solve this including the following:
- Starting as admin
- Adding to defender exclusion
- No external antivirus is installed.
- Installed all redist folder apps, and the platform_redist_updated.zip ones (https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download)
- Moving games to shorter folder path
- Re-installing
Any help would be appreciated.
(Also worth noting, fitgirl-repack's I was able to play so I don't think its a system spec problem etc)
