2 Problems With My Zombies Server..

1) Server Lag
Well for me, there is no lag, I have low ping but when my friends join, they lag for some reason, they get 100+ ping at times and it gets annoying. So is there a solution to this? My friends live one block away from me btw..
2) Server Bugged
Ok so I noticed that this happens every time, so when I first open the server, everything is fine and everything, I get parts to some devices and stuff. But right after we die and start a new game right after, it shows that I still have the parts when I don't.. the barricades are being ripped of my zombies but it still shows to me and the players that its still up.
