Run two launcher on same pc but in different users

Windows gives you the ability to launch a program as a other user than the one you are using.
So you can run the launcher twice with another Plutonium user at the same time. This can cause the ban of the two accounts?
Is there a problem if two different plutonium accounts are being used on the same pc but on different users?

Why do you need two launchers opened?
If one account gets banned the other will be banned too -

Koomark that's certainly not possible, because you'd have to constantly switch users to be able to play the game. No, I don't think it will cause the ban on both accounts, but it's not quite possible to do. Either get an used xbox console and BO1, or get your friend to install the game on his rig.
