OK thanks for trying, when you installed the previous link, did it say it was already installed or did it install something? If it installed something, have you since restarted your computer?
Have you also tried running Plutonium.exe as Administrator?

no, i don't install anything other than plutonium.exe and fix, and if i already restart the pc and run the .exe as administrator
